PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a joint Public Hearing with the City Council will be held by the CITY OF NEWBURGH, PLANNING BOARD, on the following matters: APPLICATION NUMBER: 2013-08, to receive public comment regarding the approval of the site plan for the construction of a large-scale mixed-use development (“Mid-Broadway Project”), located at 140 Broadway in TC-1 zone. Application is requested by Mill Street Partners, LLC.
SECTION: 30 BLOCK: 3 LOT (S) 21-38 as described in the Tax Records, City of Newburgh, New York.
The Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2013, and any adjourned date at 7:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 83 Broadway, Newburgh, New York.
Anyone wishing to make a comment on the application may do so at that time.
